Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking an appointment with Jade Amer Beauty. By booking an appointment (whether via WhatsApp, social media, or any other channel) you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments are taken via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook direct message. Your appointment is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from Jade Amer Beauty. Please ensure all contact and health details you provide at the time of booking are accurate and up to date.
Appointment slots are limited. Please only book if you intend to attend. Failure to attend regularly without notice affects the availability of appointments for other clients.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the slot to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the full treatment amount. Repeated late cancellations may also result in a reduced ability to book future appointments.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via WhatsApp or direct message as early as possible.
3. Lateness
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or, where the remaining time is insufficient to carry out the treatment safely and to the required standard, their appointment may need to be rescheduled. The full treatment price remains payable in the event of a shortened appointment due to late arrival.
4. No-Shows
A no-show is defined as failing to attend a confirmed appointment without providing any prior notice. In the event of a no-show, the full treatment amount is payable. No-shows have a direct impact on our business and on other clients waiting for appointments.
Clients who repeatedly fail to attend without notice may be refused future bookings at our sole discretion.
5. Refunds
We take great care and pride in every treatment we carry out. As treatments are a service performed on the day of your appointment, we do not offer refunds once a treatment has been completed.
If you are unhappy with your results in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment and we will do our very best to address your concerns.
6. Right to Refuse Service
Jade Amer Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment at any time, including where:
- A client presents with a contraindication that makes the treatment inadvisable or unsafe.
- A client has not disclosed a relevant medical condition, allergy, or medication that may affect the treatment.
- A required patch test has not been completed.
- Skin or brow condition is not suitable for the treatment requested on that day.
- A client behaves in an aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate manner.
In such circumstances, the full appointment price may still be charged.
7. Patch Test & Allergy Disclaimer
Certain treatments, including brow tinting, lash tinting, and any other treatment involving chemical products applied near the eye area, require a patch test before they can be carried out.
First-time clients must complete a patch test at least 24 hours before their first appointment. A patch test will also be required if you have not had the treatment in the last 6 months, or if there has been any change to your medication, health, or allergy status since your last appointment.
If a required patch test has not been completed, the treatment cannot go ahead and the appointment may be forfeited. It is your responsibility to arrange the patch test in advance.
Jade Amer Beauty accepts no liability for any adverse reaction or allergy where a patch test was declined, not completed, or where relevant health information was not disclosed prior to treatment.
8. Pricing
All prices listed on our website and social media channels are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing is valid for the stated period only. Please confirm the current price of your treatment when booking if you are unsure.
9. Changes to These Terms
Jade Amer Beauty reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Jade Amer Beauty is operated by Jade Amer (sole trader), based at Boho Beauty, 16 King St, Deal, Kent CT14 6HX.
